This is the original building that RE/MAX Pincher Creek is currently located.
Built back in 1967, it was first used as a Fire Hall and Ambulance Bay until the Town of Pincher Creek built a new Fire Hall. When the new Fire Hall was built, it sat vacant for a number of years. It then became a Box Office Video Store which was used for about five years.
Box Office moved to another location and the building sat vacant for a few more years.
In August, 2007, construction began for RE/MAX Southwestern Pincher Creek. Dale, his family and numerous close friends constructed the current RE/MAX office. The office officially opened in September 2007.
